As with all tea, our herbal teas are made by infusing the herbs in water. The quality of the water is, therefore, important.

You should always start with cold, clean water and bring it to boiling (205ºF).

Use one tea bag for every 8 oz. of water. The herbal tea should be steeped for 5-7 minutes. After steeping, you can leave the tea bag in your mug for a stronger flavor or remove it. Sweeten the tea to your liking using preferred sweeteners such as sugar, honey or sweeteners.

Teas themselves do not provide a significant amount of nutrients (as defined by the FDA) to warrant nutritional facts. Immunovitals teas are gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly, but if you want to know more about a specific tea, check out the individual product pages.

Our packaging and tea bags are made from 100% biodegradable and nontoxic Polylactic Acid, which is made from cornstarch or sugarcane not petroleum. That means no harmful chemicals go into your cup of tea. So go ahead and sip natural goodness for the body. You can even put your tea bag into your home compost when you’re done!

Our teas are nonperishable and have a two-year shelf life. However, we recommend consuming them sooner rather than later for the best flavor and to maintain freshness.

Tea is a pretty safe beverage. According to Professor Hasan Mukhtar of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the average adult can safely drink between three and five cups of tea a day (that’s herbal tea brewed in 8 oz. of water for 5-7 minutes).

Notification of exchanges, refunds, damages or nondelivery must be made within 30 days of the shipment receipt date by contacting us by email at info@immunovitals.net.

If the shipment is a result of our error, we will gladly reship your correct items at no charge to you or issue you a refund.

A free return label may be issued to bring the wrong item back to our warehouse. Please keep the packing slip and items ordered so we can verify them before we reship your items or issue a refund.

In the event of missing delivery due to the incorrect address or recipient information supplied by the customer, or if the items ordered were an error of the customer, the following options may be considered for your satisfaction:

• For the missing-delivery of an order, please contact us to investigate the issue and we’ll recommend a resolution.
• If the items ordered are unopened, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, send your order back to us, at your shipping expense, for a full product refund or an exchange. We recommend you always insure the shipment. Refunds will not include shipping costs originally incurred to ship your order.
• To exchange an item, send your items back to us, at your shipping expense, and we will gladly replace them with another item of your choice. Customers will pay the difference between the product(s) exchanged or receive a refund. Unfortunately, you will also have to pay for all shipping costs related to the replacement.

Refund submissions are processed on receipt of the goods and the refund itself takes 7-14 business days to process (depending on the banking institutions and merchant providers involved).

Shipping rates are determined based on the final destination of the package and service type. We recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible to ensure timely delivery. Orders will be processed within two business days.

I ship using USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Both shipping methods include insurance and tracking information. Tracking numbers will be provided when the shipping label is created, so you know exactly where your new luxury items are. Any shipping overages are happily refunded.

In the event of shipment nondelivery, the following options may be considered for your satisfaction:

• If the shipment nondelivery is as a result of our error, we will gladly reship your order at no charge or issue you a full refund.
• If the shipment nondelivery is as a result of your error (ex: incorrect address or recipient information as supplied by the customer), we can resolve the issue with the following two options:
• We can process an address correction while the shipment is in transit so that it is delivered to the correct address/recipient. A $5.00 fee per address correction will be assessed.
• If the shipment has already been delivered to the incorrect address/recipient, we can reship your order to the correct address/recipient, but we will charge the same order amount (product and shipping fees) to the original method of payment. We will then schedule a return label for the order from the wrong address/recipient and, upon receipt of the shipment back to us, issue a refund for the original order amount, minus the shipping fee, to the original method of payment.
